There have been a good number of characters in Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility for the Nintendo Wii that have reminded me of characters I have encountered in anime.
Toby = Gin (Bleach)
Renee = Kari (Digimon)
Owen (when his eyes are closed) = Brook (Pokemon)
Chase = Jirou (Prince of Tennis)
I don't think I'm leaving anyone out or if anyone else can see the resemblance to any of the characters. I thought it was pretty cool in a way. I might do a small review on this game once I played it a bit more.

Back at school and now at work...
I moved back onto campus yesterday night which was a rather uneventful process. The minute I walked into the building I was greeted by the other residents who had already come back from vacation. The first thing I heard was "Kim! Lets go to McDonald's!" which made me smile. I later realized I forgot to bring towels, my coat, and the remote for the Nintendo Wii, so my mom is bringing them to me tonight. I don't think she is to happy about that, but hey she gets to go to California tomorrow so there!
Right now I'm at work and doing nothing, but wishing I could be playing some video games or watching more Torchwood, but I can't do any of that until I get off at 5:30 p.m. . Luckily I work on campus so I don't have to go far or waste gas, I hate having to buy gas all the time. I also start classes tomorrow which I am both excited for and not excited for. My first class will be 'Intro to Creative Writing' at 8 a.m. and my second (last) class will be Algebra at 12:30 p.m. which I'm not looking forward to at all, I hate math!
I was thinking of going to study abroad next school year or the year after, but I'm not certain I will yet. I'm a bit nervous to go so far away from home, especially since not many people seem to like America right now, but I really want to see places outside of the United States.
